Its Bengal vs Goa final in the 33rd Edition of the Federation Cup, East Bengal will be facing i-League champions Salgaocar SC. Both the teams had to face stern opponents in the semi-finals to book a seat in the finals and there were some controversial moments in the way. It will be East Bengal's third successive finals and they have won both the times. The Red and Gold will be looking to complete their hat-trick and they do have the squad to make it a success.

Meanwhile, it is Salgaocar's first final in 14 years and they also will be looking to make a good use of it. Being awarded the best Coach of the year in the FPAI awards 2011, Karim Bencherifa's boys have made a name for themselves with rock solid defence who are yet to concede a single goal in the tournament.

East Bengal will meanwhile be facing problems with Mehtab Hussain and Raju Gaikwad still on the injury list. In-form forward Robin Singh has recovered from his injury and will be available for selection. The crowd will be a sure advantage for East Bengal as they will be playing at their home ground. Karim Bencherifa's experience in Kolkata will be a boost for Salgaocar and they will hope to utilize it in every way possible.
