Samir Naik retires from International Football

Samir Naik announced his retirement from International Football

Dempo SC and Indian International defender Samir Naik has announced his retirement today. The veteran defender who served the Blue Tigers for more than 10 years under different coaches will continue to play for his club Dempo SC. With Samir, India tasted triumphs which includes Nehru Cup, AFC Challenge Cup, SAFF  Cup, LG Cup. Naik was also a part of the Dempo SC team which created history when it became the first Indian team to reach the semi finals of the AFC Cup.
