India host Guam in FIFA World Cup 2018 Qualifiers in Bengaluru,

Team India host Guam in 201 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers in Bengaluru's Sree Kanteerava Stadium today as the Blue Tigers look to register first points in their group having lost five out of five encounters.

Stephen Constantine said the game could be very vital in their bid to have a shot at qualification for the AFC Asia Cup 2019, "It’s a game that we have to win tomorrow. We were looking forward to win our home matches in the ongoing Qualifiers and tomorrow serves us an opportunity to do so. If we win tomorrow it also sets us on track for the qualification of the Asian Cup in 2019."

Team India have already lost their first test against Guam when the Blue Tigers were travelling. The game ended 2-1 in favor of the host with skipper Sunil Chhetri grabbing the consolation goal for Team India in the dying moments of the game which was mostly dominated by Guam.

Sunil Chhetri said that the team is all set to give their very best in order to get a positive result,"We are going to give everything on the pitch. We need to give everything, as a Team. As individuals we have to perform well and most importantly win."

The match kicks off at 7 PM IST and will be telecast live on Sony Kix and Sony Six HD.
